Generational change and responsible: the turning point for development.

The argument that is often found in the cultural-political debate these days is that the variable age does not matter, it is necessary to instead highlight only the skills and merit. I personally feel that it has almost want to relegate the issue nell'angolino generation, which in the Italian case is very heavy and is a matter of urgent solution.
I live with passion and political commitment to build a more civil, more equitable, more responsive to the needs of the community. I dream of a country in which I am looking forward to the future, which could allow an increasing number of people live in dignity and in accordance with its ambitions. A country that looks at development and not to the conservation and static. The real obstacle is in fact the static that a good part of the ruling class brings in all decisions. The Italian system should be dynamic, just so we can give opportunities to many young people to offer to give new life to politics. Whether this policy for decades remain glued to their seats to their positions and locks the renewal of the country and consequently the development. Only after the system allows anyone in particular to the young players to compete, only after we can talk about values \u200b\u200band set the selection on merit.
I am very concerned that the population is aging (thing in itself positive) and that the party under 30 becomes increasingly minority. The political weight of young people is growing weaker in the coming decades, the political impact of the elderly will be very strong. But the responsibility of the welfare state and its maintenance will fall primarily on future generations and who now has 30-40 years. I wonder at this point because today who is under 40 accounts of political uncertainty. At the institutional level, the average age well over 50 years. These people who hold big responsibilities certainly do not implement a policy for youth, just look at the lack of appropriate legislative solutions regarding social safety nets, which have become necessary in a context where the labor market has become much more flexible than before. The Danish model is a landmark and I hope that in Italy a similar policy proposal can become reality.
Next spring will see especially in Friuli Venezia Giulia a very wide elections, which could be completed with any election. It 'an opportunity for our young people who love this region, who want to build a prosperous future for their land, to work actively to ensure that lists many programs that will arise in practice indent legal issues to young people. Starting from the world of training, up to the quality of work and of life. Before talking about the left or right, coalitions, candidates, it is better to talk about real problems, those problems that the political class today, now self, we forget, often, to seriously address. The opportunity exists, I hope that many young people to seize.
